False DAC Reports on your record? OH MY!
Recently I have been asked about false DAC reports and how to fix it. I talked around and read a lot of information and have decided to post it all in one blog. If you have not had this problem and you are a driver I’d suggest you sign it anyway just to cover your basis. You never know when something is going to come up and you may be fired and black listed from trucking all because of the DAC report. No job and no chance of getting a new job is not a position that any of us want to be in.

I went to the FMCSA web site and orderer a driver report on my self. They are just as bad as DAC . it showed 3 insp. two of which had OOS for loose straps os that made my Driver/truck OOS come to 67% , not fair in my book . 3 insp in 9 years but still a 67% OOS rate and thats what everyone is looking at…
I’m driver for 23yrs accident free for 23yrs.yet w.c. miller I never been employed by this co. Yet they reported me to dac in 2010 that I recked their trk and abanded I called dac told them I was never their employee how can they do this to me I can even get a decent paying job cus of them,what can I do.
